Every night from 9pm to 10pm, we open up boards for a sunset paddle. It's the quietest, prettiest hour on Grand Traverse Bay — glassy water, warm light, and the whole horizon lit up.
Sunset rentals are first come, first serve. They aren't part of the online booking window, so you can't reserve one ahead of time. Just come down to the beach a few minutes before 9 and grab a board if one's open.
The rate is $25 for the full hour, board, paddle, and life vest included. Boards are due back by 10pm sharp so we can wrap up for the night.
Tip
Weekends fill up fast. If you want to be sure a board is available, text us earlier in the day and we'll let you know how many are already spoken for.
